Presentation: Analytics and applied SDN in Campus Networks

Jorge Alberto Villa is an electronics engineer with a Master in Optical Communications at the Politecnico di Torino, Italy. He is director of the Verticals of Education and Health for Latin America at Alcatel-Lucent Enterprise since 2015.

He worked at the Technology Department of the Pontificia Universidad Javeriana, in Colombia, for over 10 years. In Italy, he also worked in Research and Development of Avanex Corp., with Mach-Zhender optical modulators. He was a professor in the Master Course in Electronics at the Pontificia Universidad Javeriana.

Cardalda is the Chief of IT Advanced Solutions Sales Development of CLARO. Has a degree in Systems, with over 15 years of trading/technical experience in IT and telecommunications market.

In his career, he held roles in customer services, project leadership and sales manager in large holdings, developing the commercial force in selling value-added services.

Currently, he is the responsible for the commercial development of data center services, unified communications, networking and security, and mobile aggregator value of Claro Argentina.

Presentation:

Guillermo Marmora is the regional Director of Product for the "Voice & Collaboration" area of Level 3 for Latin America. His task areas include product development and management, and integral management of the Wireline and the regional level Collaboration business performance, based in Buenos Aires, Argentina.

He has over 25 years of experience in the telecommunications and IT market. In his more than 18 years in the company, he held various regional positions in the area of ​​Engineering, Operations and Technology Assessment, in which faced all the technological problems of telephony and collaboration business, from network elements to support systems.

Previously, he held research, development and engineering positions in other companies in the sector, such as Telefónica and IBM, both in Argentina, as well as in applied research laboratories in the National University of La Plata.

He graduated in Electronic Engineering by the Faculty of Engineering of the National University of La Plata; he also has an executive certification in Innovation and Strategy granted by the MIT Sloane School of Business and held a lot of courses in his country and abroad. Marmora was also a speaker at various events and conferences. Developed research and teaching activities, as well as consulting for various state and private agencies.

Hernán Petitti is Director of Sales and Marketing of Open Source & Cloud Computing for Microsoft Argentina, Chile and Uruguay.

He graduated in Computer Science at the University of La Matanza and has an MBA in Information Systems by the University del Salvador.

Hernán is a cloud computing professional with over 15 years of experience in the technology industry. He worked as Regional Leader Specialist in Infrastructure (Virtualization and Operating Systems) and Commercial Manager for Red Hat, Oracle and other companies, developing technologies and business ecosystems.

He has an extensive technological trajectory, helping to design and implement cloud models, innovative solutions and design solutions, integrating different technologies from different providers.
