14 plenary sessions, 31 parallel sessions, workshops and roundtables will be part of the two days of work of the Third Conference of Information and Communication Technologies Directors from higher education institutions, ICT Management for Research and Collaboration, TICAL2013.

TICAL 2013 call for proposals received 71 works
Currently the proposals are being evaluated by the Program Committee and on May 23 the selected authors will be notify, who will receive support from RedCLARA to participate in the Conference.
