June 30, 24:00 GMT. This is the new deadline for the submission of papers to TICAL2016. The extension will allow more researchers and academics to submit their proposals and participate in the event, to be held in Buenos Aires, Argentina, between September 13 and 15, 2016.
The decision includes the three open calls; papers, interinstitutional projects and young entrepreneurs. The presentations may address one of the seven thematic axes defined by the Programme Committee for the Conference.

Aiming to share and support the use of ICT in the universities of the continent, enhancing their teaching, research, extension and management, the Network of Directors of Information and Communication Technologies of Latin American Universities (TICAL) built, in 2011, a space that is already consolidated and seeking the continuous improvement of the technology in the institutions of the region.
To the university community with responsibilities in the ICT management in the region, TICAL Conference is the most important space to be nourished with the experiences, initiatives and knowledge shared by the universities themselves, creating significant and novel solutions in higher education institutions. TICAL2016 is organised by RedCLARA in collaboration with InnovaRed.
